Retractable hatch in MDF

Features:

• MDF door with various thicknesses from 12 to 18 mm

• 9 cm "Anta block" aluminum frame on all four sides (or only on three if we want to have a "door solution"). Note: these items are used in counter-walls or partitions, in rooms such as staircases, attics, walk-in closets for the construction of dogs or closets.

• push pull opening system

• invisible push pulls on the back

• three-dimensionally adjustable furnishing hinges.

• door with opening to the outside

Assembly system:

• Place a 4x4 covering cloth on the ground to protect the floor from dust and debris.

• Position the uprights in such a way that the 9 cm "Anta block" aluminum frame fits perfectly between them.

• Get on with a construction team and a magnetic level with vials that the product is squared (ie the corners of the structure are 90 degrees).

Note: the retractable hatch in MDF differs from the previous ones described as well as for the technical-mechanical characteristics, also for the assembly system. In fact, the 9 cm "Anta" aluminum frame is fixed directly with a drill driver with depth adjustment on the vertical uprights with self-drilling screws and the desired compartment door is immediately obtained.

• Then check the perfect operation of the push pull opening system.

Note: if the door does not close properly, it will be possible to improve its position by adjusting the hinges with a screwdriver.

• Complete the whole by placing on the outside of the wall, in adherence to the protruding profile of the frame, the plasterboard sheets for a perfect flush door.
