BIM: the future is marked

BIM is a model for optimizing the design, construction and management of buildings in the building and infrastructure sectors.

Data and statistics

The data comes directly from the OICE (Association of Italian engineering and architectural companies belonging to Confindustria) and speak of impressive and growing numbers: 4 BIM calls in 2015, 26 in 2016, 86 in 2017, 270 in 2018.

BIM represents an epochal change that all designers will have to intercept in order not to exclude themselves from the market.

For years, this has been the case abroad and this is why the introduction of BIM has been requested directly by the EU: to build more works with the same resources, with certain times and costs, this is the goal.

Future already written

The BIM is part of a digital wave that must be managed intelligently to arrive in six years (goal 2025) at a real revolution in the public and private sector.

Updating is mandatory for all operators in the sector.
