"RUSPERT" TREATMENT
The Ruspert® treatment is a three-layer ceramic coating developed to guarantee optimal performance in different weather conditions and in the presence of pollutants, the main cause of corrosion.
The first layer is placed on the steel substrate of the product and is composed of a layer of metallic zinc.
The second layer is a chemical film with high resistance to corrosion that protects the instability of the zinc and at the same time creates a high adhesion base for the external colored layer.
The third layer is composed of a cooked ceramic coating.
The Ruspert® treatment creates a synergy between the three layers to guarantee total protection against the acids or alkalis of galvanic corrosion.
Test the treatment
The "RUSPERT" treatment guarantees the screws a resistance of over 1,000 hours to the salt spray test and also hardens the surface of the screw.
The salt spray test consists in subjecting the material to saline mists (water evaporated with special corrosive agents that simulate the corrosion caused by atmospheric agents).
