Manhole in plasterboard

Features:

• white lacquered sheet metal door, 0.5 mm thick.

• white lacquered aluminum frame.

• click clac opening system

• invisible clac clicks on the back

• door anti-fall protection kit

• door with opening to the outside

Assembly system:

• Place a 4x4 covering cloth on the ground to protect the floor from dust and debris.

• First of all make sure that the metal profiles (uprights) on which the phosphated self-tapping screws are to be fixed are present in the internal part adjacent to the hole in the plasterboard. Note: the white lacquered aluminum hatch differs from that in plasterboard as well as for the technical-mechanical characteristics, also for the assembly system. Their application is, in fact, totally resting on the outside of the plasterboard wall as if they were a cap to be placed on the created hole. The hatch will then be screwed to the uprights above.

• Separate the door from the external aluminum frame.

• Proceed with a professional saw to create a hole in the measure of the "cap" on the wall or on the plasterboard false ceiling. Note: if the hole is not perfectly linear, proceed with a plan plane to its perfection.

• Place the aluminum frame on the outside of the hole in the front of the wall or plasterboard false ceiling. Note: the application of the hatch is totally resting on the outside of the plasterboard wall as if it were a cap to be placed on the hole created.

• Fix the aluminum frame to the slab with a screwdriver with depth adjustment and appropriate phosphate self-drilling screws. Note: This type of trap doors can also be glued to the slab to avoid damaging the white prepainting that could come off by drilling the surface with the drill.

• Now insert the plasterboard door separated from the aluminum frame previously.

• If necessary, proceed with a second coat of glue if the hatch is not perfectly adherent to the wall.

• Then check the perfect functioning of the click clac opening system.
