How to make a home office with plasterboard

Your dream is to work from home avoiding queues in the car and being able to manage your time?

Many companies, especially multinationals or new start-ups, can do this, and it is increasingly common to look for work solutions of this type.

But how to best organize the spaces in your home?

Plasterboard can certainly give us a hand in creating a functional division of space.

We can easily lift a wall that hides the desk or we can create a wall to divide the rooms and create a real study to separate private and professional life.

Below we provide some smart and easy suggestions:

1. Optimize the spaces: if you don't have a room to transform into an office, you can create a studio corner in the living room "playing" with designer furniture by recycling old boxes and wooden boxes painting them or decorating them, combining them with the environment or finding furniture or accessories they can contain files and folders without giving the impression of being in a workplace.

2. Lighting up the rooms: positioning the work desk in front of a window will refresh your spirit but you will still need to have artificial lighting too. So what could be better than a beautiful design lamp to illuminate your ideas? Try to choose light bulbs well, opting for neon that does not affect the reflections of the computer screen.

3. Organize objects: in working from home, the layout of the stationery and work tools is of strategic importance. It will be essential, in fact, to have pens, papers, documents, ... and never to be without them, organize a drawer containing stocks of material, dividing it internally with small boxes and dividers.

4. Hide cables and wires: to work from home we will surely need computers, internet networks, printers, ... in short, a real hi-tech workstation! How to fix cables and wires? Simple! Just buy some very comfortable cable reels and concealed channels to hide in the skirting boards.
